Flow & Flex offers a variety of fitness-related physical products, which are shipped directly to customers by carefully selected third-party suppliers (“Dropshipping Suppliers”).
We provide services and delivery to customers located in the European Union and other international regions as specified at checkout.

While we oversee order management and customer communication, the physical shipment and fulfillment are handled by our suppliers.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

5.2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at flownflexinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.

5.3. Return Shipping Costs

Flow & Flex covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns under the 14-day withdrawal right.

5.4. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

5.5. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use fitness accessories (e.g., towels, bottles, or yoga mats) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

We make every effort to ensure that product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
However, as products are sourced from external suppliers, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

For customers located outside the European Union, the following additional terms apply:

13.1. Import Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied by local authorities upon delivery.
Flow & Flex is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by such charges.

13.2. Shipping and Returns Outside the EU
Delivery times for international orders may vary and are subject to customs clearance procedures.
In case of returns from outside the EU, customers must contact flownflexinfo@gmail.com before initiating the return to ensure the proper procedure and return address.
Flow & Flex will still cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns initiated within 14 days of delivery.

13.3. Compliance with Local Laws
It is the responsibility of the international customer to ensure that the purchased products comply with local laws and regulations in their country.
